In this patent infringement action, defendant Lansa, Inc. (“Lansa”) has moved for partial summary judgment pursuant to Rule 56 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure on the ground that U.S. Patent No. 6,295,075 (the “’075 Patent”) is. invalid, and plaintiff ResQNet.com, Inc. (“Re-sQNet”) has cross-moved to strike Lansa’s invalidity defense.
