On 7 September 1993 plaintiff filed a petition for a writ of mandamus, pursuant to Rule 22 of the North Carolina Rules of Appellate Procedure, to compel compliance by the North Carolina Industrial Commission with two previously entered decisions by the North Carolina Court of Appeals in this case. The record reveals that this Court has twice remanded this matter to the Industrial Commission for findings of fact and conclusions of law.
