MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
PATRICK F. KELLY, District Judge.
The plaintiff, Sandra Zowayyed, has filed the present action against her former employer, Lowen Company, Inc., alleging sexual harassment and retaliatory discharge in violation of federal civil rights statutes. The defendant has now moved for summary judgment against the plaintiffs claim, while the plaintiff has filed a demand for a jury trial of her claims.
