This matter is before the court on defendant’s motion requesting an order sanctioning plaintiffs by excluding illegally obtained discovery filed by the defendant, Walgreens de Puerto Rico, Inc., on December 28, 2009. (Docket No. 33.) Plaintiffs, Juan C. Pagan-Colón, Ada I. Renta-Bonilla and the conjugal partnership constituted between them, responded to the defendant’s motion on January 15, 2010. (Docket No. 39.)
