MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

BESOSA, District Judge.

Before the Court is the motion for a protective order and return of confidential documents filed by defendants Essilor Industries (“Essilor”) and Frangois Deterre (“Deterre”), (Docket 125). Having considered the arguments in defendants’ motion; plaintiff Sobeida Irizarry-Santiago (“Irizarry”)’s response, (Docket 131); and defendants’ reply, (Docket 133), the Court GRANTS IN PART AND DENIES IN PART defendants’ motion for a protective order and return of confidential documents.
