STUBBLEFIELD, Judge.

On May 22, 1988, William “Hank” Burwell was involved in an automobile accident and sustained multiple injuries that eventually resulted in his death. At the time of the accident, Burwell was one of two occupants of a pickup truck owned by his father, Plaintiff Bill Burwell. The other occupant of the vehicle was Tommy Julian. The Burwell vehicle was insured under a policy issued by Oklahoma Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Company, which policy provided uninsured motorist (U.M.) coverage.
