This action was brought in the Superior Court in Hartford County by the plaintiff, successor trustee of a trust created by the will of William C. Skinner, seeking a decree advising the trustee as to its rights, powers and authority in connection with the administration of that trust. The appearing and nondefaulted parties, pursuant to the provisions of 738 and 739 of the Practice Book, joined in a stipulation of facts and a request that the Superior Court reserve the action for the advice of this court.
