The plaintiff, Old Quarry Association (the Association), brought this diversity action to quiet title to certain real property and for specific performance of a contract between plaintiff and defendant, Frank Hickey (Hickey), for the sale of the property. Plaintiff alleges that Hickey was induced by defendants Anthony and Josephine Rescigno (the Rescignos) to breach the contract and that the Rescignos tortiously interfered in the contractual relations between the Association and Hickey.
