Defendant Review Publishing Company was organized as a corporation under the laws of the state sometime in the year 1897, with its established place of business and headquarters in the city of St. Paul. It was so organized by defendant Wilkinson, EL A. Flint, and one Gardner, who joined their capital and labors for the purposes of the enterprise. The business of the company was and always has been job printing, with special attention to the printing of records and briefs for use in this and some of the Federal courts.
