OPINION

DONNELLY, Judge.

This is an appeal by the parents of a deceased workman from a final judgment denying their claim for survivor’s benefits under the Workmen’s Compensation Act. We affirm.

Plaintiffs Orlando and Evangeline Gallegos, as surviving parents, filed a complaint seeking workmen’s compensation benefits as a result of the death of their son Earl Gallegos.
