STONE, Judge.

In their “Petition for Injunction,” plaintiffs averred that, as trustees of Mount Etna Christian Church (hereinafter referred to as the church), they had .custody and control of “the church property (which) consists of * real estate located in (rural) Maries County, Missouri as evidenced by a certain deed recorded in Book 35, page 350, * * * and a certain deed recorded in Book 38, page 339, Deed Records of Maries County, Missouri, copies of which are hereto attached and made a part hereof,” and “that the defendant has committed trespass on the above property on numerous occasions…
