Appellant Deaundrey Laval Wooten appeals his convictions for intoxication manslaughter, challenging the legal and factual sufficiency of the evidence and alleging error by the trial court in (1) admitting allegedly unreliable expert testimony regarding appellant’s blood-test results, acci dent reconstruction, and drug recognition, (2) denying appellant’s requested jury instruction as to criminally negligent homicide, (3) admitting appellant’s statements made to medical personnel, and (4) denying appellant’s motion to quash an enhancement paragraph in the…
