OPINION
SAND, District Judge.
The plaintiff, Yoko Ono Lennon, brings this action against the defendant, Frederic Seaman, for copyright infringement, declaratory judgment, fraud on the copyright office, recovery of chattels, “trespass,” 1 tortious interference with contract, prima facie tort, unjust enrichment, breach of contract, as well as for injunctive relief.
