On September 3, 2013 the Plaintiffs and Counterclaim-Defendants Vox Amplification Ltd., Korg Inc. and Korg USA, Inc. (the “Plaintiffs”), commenced this action against the Defendants and Counterclaim-Plaintiffs Jack Charles Meussdorffer (“Me-ussdorffer”) and Phantom Guitar Works, Inc., also known as Phantom Guitar Works (“PGW,” and collectively, the “Defendants”).
