This action was commenced in the district court of Blaine county on the 7th day of August, 1912, by the plaintiff in error against the defendants in error, husband and wife, upon three prom issory notes aggregating $1,000 and interest, and to foreclose a mortgage given to secure the same, of date March 7, 1911. .The answer admits the execution of the notes and mortgage, and alleges that the same were given as the purchase price of nine shares of the capital stock of the Bank of Commerce of Geary, Okla.; that plaintiff for a long time prior thereto had been, and was…
