MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

LIFLAND, District Judge.

Plaintiff United Food and Commercial Workers Union, Local 464A (“the Union”) moves to compel arbitration of its dispute with Defendants Foodtown, Inc. (“Food-town”) and fourteen Foodtown member stores 1 (“Foodtown Members”) pursuant to a collective bargaining agreement (the “Agreement”). Defendants oppose Plaintiffs Motion and cross move for a declaratory judgment that (1) the dispute is not arbitrable and (2) that Foodtown is not party to the Agreement.
