This is an insurance coverage action arising out of defendant Federal Insurance Company’s (“Federal”) refusal to indemnify plaintiffs Hugo Boss Fashions, Inc. and Hugo Boss USA (collectively “HB USA” or “plaintiffs”) and to pay for defense costs with respect to a suit brought against HB USA, and its parent company, Hugo Boss Germany (“HB Germany”) by the Boss Manufacturing Company (“BMC”).
