I. Within the rules of Attorney General v. The Railroad Companies, 35 Wis., 425; Attorney General v. Eau Claire, 37 id., 400; State ex rel. Wood v. Baker, 38 id., 71; and In re Semler, 41 id., 517, we think this is a proper case for the exercise of the original jurisdiction of this court.
