€ 1 Plaintiff/Appellant Frankie Hatcher appeals from summary judgment entered in favor of Defendant/Appellee Super C Mart (Store). Hatcher filed her negligence suit after she was injured in a slip and fall accident at the Store. The Store sought summary judgment based on its contention that the undisputed facts established that it breached no duty owed to Hatcher because the wet floor was an open and obvious hazard. We agree that the evidence in the record before the trial court established that the wet floor was an open and obvious condition.…
