In this action for malpractice the trial was had without a jury, judgment was rendered for plaintiff for $3,000, and defendant appeals.
Appellant’s counsel make three contentions: first, that the findings are fatally defective; second, that the evidence is insufficient to sustain the complaint allegation of specific negligence; and, third, that the court erred in denying recovery by defendant Cedars of Lebanon of its charge for use of its hospital and facilities during plaintiff’s second stay there, while being treated for an infection which forms the basis of the…
