Appellant, a first class petty officer with 16 years of good service, was convicted pursuant to his guilty pleas of one specification of destruction of military property, one specification of marijuana use, one specification of larceny and one specification of housebreaking in violation of Articles 108, 112a, 121 and 130, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§ 908, 912a, 921, 930.
