MEMORANDUM OPINION
JOHN E. RYAN, Bankruptcy Judge.
Plaintiffs filed an adversary Complaint for a determination of nondischargeability on May 17, 1991. Service of the summons and complaint was made by mail upon debt- or at her residence and business addresses on August 27th, 1991. No further pleadings were served upon debtor or her attorney. On September 20,1991, debtor filed a motion to dismiss the adversary complaint for failure to make proper service within the 120 day time limit of Federal Rule of Civil Procedure (“FRCP”) 4®.
