MEMORANDUM DECISION DENYING DEFENDANT’S MOTION TO DISMISS COMPLAINT

Before the court is a motion by Michael Shapiro (the “Debtor” or the “Defendant”) to dismiss an adversary proceeding commenced by Arnold Wallace and Martin In-german (collectively, the “Plaintiffs”) seeking to bar the Debtor’s discharge and/or to have their debts deemed nondischargeable.
