FREEDMAN, J.

The defendant in this foreclosure action appeals from the judgment of the trial court, correcting an error in the name of the substitute plaintiff. We affirm the judgment of the trial court.

The following facts are relevant to this appeal. On April 3, 1995, Manhattan Savings Bank obtained a judgment of strict foreclosure on certain property owned by the defendant, Mary Beke Wynne, in New Haven.
