This case is before the court on appeal from a decision of the common pleas court to grant summary judgment against defendant-appellant Left Fork Mining Company (“Left Fork”) on its counterclaim against plaintiff Jeffrey Mining Products, L.P. (“Jeffrey”), its cross-claims against codefendants Global Industrial Technologies, Inc. (“Global”) and Harbison-Walker Refractories Co., Inc.
