William Dorsey appeals from a partial summary judgment in favor of Contemporary Obstetrics & Gynecology, Inc. (“Contemporary”), Michael Clark, Liam Duggan, and Kimberly Warren. Specifically, Dorsey contends that the trial court erred when it found that there were no genuine issues of material fact as to whether a stock redemption agreement between Dorsey, Clark, Duggan, and Warren was unconscionable or whether corporate goodwill should have been considered in the valuation of Dorsey’s shares of stock.
