CARPENETI, Justice.

I. INTRODUCTION

After serving thirty days in disciplinary segregation based on a false positive drug test, and filing administrative grievances that went unanswered, a state prisoner sued his jailers and drug testers. The superior court dismissed the prisoner's claims against the private corrections company that housed him under contract with the state, dismissed his claims against the private company's employees, and granted summary judgment to the drug testing company that reported the incorrect drug test results.
