Appeal from Ingham; Wiest, J. Bill by Charles M. Turner against the Calumet & Hecla Mining Company and another for an injunction and other relief. From a decree for complainant, defendants appeal.

Defendants appealed from a decree of the Ingham county circuit court, in chancery, granting an injunction restraining the Calumet & Hecla Mining Company from voting at meetings of the Osceola Mining Com*240pany stockholders for directors who are directors of the Calumet & Hecla.
