The plaintiff instituted this action against the defendants in the district court of Bryan county to recover damages for personal injuries. In the trial of the cause, on the 22nd day of October, 1922, at the close of the testimony introduced by the plaintiff the court sustained the demurrer of the defendants to the plaintiff’s evidence and instructed the jury to return a verdict for the defendants. To reverse the judgment this appeal is prosecuted.
