This is an appeal by defendants Grounds, Watkins, Peterson, and Grounds & Associates, Inc., from judgment ordered by Ramsey County District Court on June 10, 1977, and entered on July 28, 1977, awarding plaintiff Cherne Industrial, Inc., a permanent injunction restraining defendants from rendering services for a period of 2 years to Cherne’s former or prospective customers, compensatory damages in the amount of $39,322.50, and punitive damages in the amount of $10,000 (against Grounds and Grounds & Associates, Inc.).
