SCOTT, Justice.

Appellants David H. and Clara M. Blatt-ner appeal from summary judgments and an award of attorneys’ fees in favor of respondents Gerald and Florence Forster and Janet M. Van Keulen. The issues on appeal are whether there are genuine questions of fact for trial and whether the lawsuit was vexatiously brought justifying an award of attorneys’ fees. We affirm.
