The question on this review is whether the Court of Appeals correctly concluded that Arthur A. Campbell, the president of Northern Die and Stamping Corporation (Northern), was acting in his supervisory capacity as president of the corporation and not as a co-employee when he negligently designed and installed a modification to a hydraulic press, the subsequent operation of which resulted in an injury to the plaintiff, Larry A.
