BENTON, Judge.

Relators PaineWebber, Inc., and Nickolas N. Betta seek to prohibit litigation and com pel arbitration of Janet M. Leslie’s claims for breach of fiduciary duty. This Court issued a preliminary order for relators, now made absolute.
