Harry L. Dillman (“appellant”) appeals from a summary judgment entered January 15, 1985 in the District of Connecticut, Jose A. Cabranes, District Judge, dismissing his age discrimination action against his ex-employer, Combustion Engineering, Inc. (“appellee”), as time barred because of appellant’s failure to file a claim with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (“EEOC”) within the statutory time period.
