This is an appeal from an order of the State Industrial Commission made and entered June 15, 1931, denying the motion of the petitioners herein' to discontinue compensation to the claimant, Clarence Robbins.

The record discloses the following facts: Clarence Robbins, the claimant, sustained an accidental injury to his back September 23, 1930, while in the employ of Canadian Mining & Development Company, one of the petitioners herein.
