In this proceeding, Aran Ness Construction Company, hereafter referred to as petitioner, and its insurance carrier seek a review of an order made by the State Industrial Commission which denied its application to discontinue payment of compensation for temporary total disability to Harold K. Walteher, hereafter referred to as respondent.
