This is an original proceeding- in this court to review an order of the State Industrial Commission made and entered January 30, 1933, overruling the motion of the petitioners herein to discontinue compensation to the claimant, John C. Pfalzgraf.
Counsel for petitioners contend that ihore is no substantial competent evidence to sustain the order of the State Industrial Commission made on the 30th day of January. 1933, and that same should be vacated and set aside as a matter of law. This calls for a review of the record.
