Plaintiff, AMNEX, Inc. (“AMNEX”) filed its Complaint on March 23, 1998 against Defendant Robert A. Rowland (“Rowland”), the former majority shareholder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of a Texas telecommunications company known as Capitol Network Systems, Inc. (“CNSI”).
