DOYLE, District Judge.

The above action was tried to the Court on March 24 and 25, 1965, and was taken under advisement so as to give further attention to the questions of law which had been raised in connection with Counts II and III of the complaint. Briefs have been filed and the matter now stands submitted.

Skyland Motors, Inc., which is not named here, had a very large Ford dealership in Denver, Colorado. The defendant Bob Jones Enterprises was the owner of the stock of Skyland Motors; in turn, Robert T. Jones, or Bob Jones, controlled both corporations. In 1960, particularly the latter…
