The National Labor Relations Board (the “Board”) petitions pursuant to § 10(e) of the National Labor Relations Act (“NLRA” or the “Act”), 29 U.S.C. § 160(e) (1976), for enforcement of an order requiring the New York Typographical Union No. 6 (the “Union” or “Local 6”) to, inter alia, cease and desist from maintaining and enforcing certain hiring hall procedures.
