Bermuda Container Line Ltd. (“BCL”) appeals from the amended opinion and order of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York (John F. Keenan, Judge) granting defendants’ motion for summary judgment and dismissing BCL’s lawsuit to vacate an arbitration award in favor of the International Longshoremen’s Association, AFL-CIO (“ILA”). Judge Keenan also dismissed BCL’s claims of fraud and antitrust violations against the New York Shipping Association, Inc. (“NYSA”).
