Jane Doe (“Doe”), a minor, appeals through her guardian and mother, Alisa Rudy-Glanzer (“Rudy-Glanzer”), the denial of a motion for a new trial. The trial by Rudy-Glanzer against Doe’s paternal grandfather Elroy Glanzer (“Elroy”), resulted in a verdict in Elroy’s favor. We have jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1291 and we affirm.
