¶ 1 Appellants, Continental Casualty Company and CNA Insurance Companies, appeal from the April 27, 2005 Order granting appellees’ motion for declaratory relief.

¶ 2 Appellee, Comptel Corporation (Comptel), was added to an insurance policy (policy) issued by appellee, Continental Casualty Company (Continental), that originally had been issued by Continental to a third party. 1 Comptel is an entity formed and existing under the laws of New Jersey.
