Rosenberg v. J. C. Penney Co.

In 1865 Wo.lf Rosenberg, the father of plaintiffs herein, established a retail store in Healdsburg. In 1890 a partnership was formed between Rosenberg and Bush and the business was carried on by them as partners until 1908, when the firm of Rosenberg & Bush was incorporated. In 1919 Bush retired from the business and the corporation was dissolved. The business was then carried on as a partnership, the members of which were Esther C.
