COX, Judge:
Appellant was tried by general court-martial at Ft. Belvoir, Virginia, during December 1982 and January 1983. Contrary to his pleas, he was convicted by a panel of officer members of possession and distribution of cocaine on October 8, 1982, and possession of cocaine with intent to distribute on October 29, 1982, in violation of Article 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. § 934.
