CRAWFORD, Judge:

Pursuant to Ms pleas, appellant was convicted at Great Lakes, Illinois, of attempted carnal knowledge, camal knowledge, and sodomy of C, Ms 13-year old stepdaughter, as well as committing indecent acts with her (4 specifications), in violation of Articles 80, 120, 125, and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC §§ 880, 920, 925, and 934, respectively. Appellant was sentenced by the court members to a dishonorable discharge, 26 years’ confinement, total forfeitures, and reduction to the lowest enlisted grade.
