Thomas Leo McCorgary appeals from two convictions, second degree murder (K. S. A, 21-3402) and aggravated robbery (K. S. A. 21-3427).

Appellant’s first point of error concerns the admission in evidence of the testimony of David Elliott, a police informer, with whom appellant was- incarcerated while awaiting trial on the criminal charges.
