Per Curiam,:

Defendant Reginald Dexter Carr, Jr., and his brother, Jonathan D. Carr, were jointly charged, convicted, and sentenced for crimes committed in a series of three incidents in December 2000 in Wichita. This is R. Carr’s direct appeal from his 50 convictions and 4 death sentences.

In the first incident on December 7 and 8, Andrew Schreiber was the victim. The State charged R. Carr and J. Carr with one count of kidnapping, one count of aggravated robbery, one count of aggravated batteiy, and one count of criminal damage to property. The juiy…
