This is a direct appeal in a criminal case in which the defendant-appellant, Aaron L. Bly, was convicted of two counts of aggravated robbery as defined by K. S. A. 1970 Supp. 21-3427 and one count of aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer under the provisions of K. S. A. 1970 Supp. 21-3411.
