Plaintiff Demodulation, Inc. (“Demodulation” or “Plaintiff’) has developed patented and proprietary technology, intellectual property, and other trade secrets that can detect mierowire from at least a distance of twenty miles. Am. Compl. ¶¶ 2, 17. Mierowire has “sensing capabilities” that can “harvest energy from the ambient electromagnetic conditions in the atmosphere and ... render objects invisible to radar.” Am.
